4. Gravity Someone at the University of Colorado has come up with a cool little application to demonstrate the difficulty if keeping a satellite in orbit. Somebody else used a similar idea to create a very difficult game.

5. Idle Hands A weekly newsletter with ideas for craft projects you can do. The projects are really designed for you to do with your children, but some of them are a bit more advanced and you might enjoy doing them without any damn kids interrupting you.
