276 - Calvert DeForest

1. Larry "Bud" Melman: Dead Calvert DeForest became an icon of late night television with his many, many appearances on the Letterman show throughtout the years. He opened the very first episode of Late Night on NBC and then did so again after the move to CBS and The Late Show. Mr. DeForest died this week at the age of 85.
